👗 Dress code?
We're keeping it casual and carefree! Dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to dance the night away. 

☀️ Weather?
The event will be held partially outdoors. Please keep in mind that Maryland weather can often be unpredictable. A typical late June day could range from 70-90 degrees accompanied with high humidity. In the event of heavy rain, the entire event will be moved indoors. 

👶 Children under 18?

This will be an adult only event, we are so sorry we are unable to invite children under the age of 18. We hope that the advance notice means you are still able to arrange plans to attend. 

👫 Plus Ones?
Invitations were addressed to all invited and your envelope will include your partner's name or "and guest" if we have room for a plus one. Due to the venue capacity, we appreciate your understanding

🍽️   Dietary accommodations?

Our event will be catered by  Timber Pizza Company.  This vendor is happy to make any dietary accommodation necessary however please indicate on your RSVP if you have any restrictions so that our caterer can properly prepare. 

🦽 Accessibility? 

The entire venue is wheelchair accessible. The garden has paved pathways and ramps for easy access. To enter the Gudelesly building please access the ramp in the rear of the building. 

🚘  Parking at the Venue?

The venue has ample parking located in the gravel out front of the Gudelesky building. You should have no problem finding a convenient spot to park only a short walk to the cocktail hour location.
